Widening Loss Against Rising Revenue

Paranjape Spaces & Services Pvt reported a standalone net loss of ₹16.04 crore in the quarter ended March 2026, compared to a net loss of ₹14.27 crore in the same quarter of the prior fiscal year. The loss expanded by ₹1.77 crore year-on-year, marking a worsening of profitability in Q4.

The loss widened despite strong revenue momentum. Sales rose 285.06 per cent to ₹10.05 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 from ₹2.61 crore in the same quarter of the prior year. Annual sales rose 182.59 per cent to ₹25.49 crore in the year ended March 2026 from ₹9.02 crore in the previous year.

The disparity between revenue growth and loss expansion suggests that operational costs, including service delivery, administrative, and financing costs, have outpaced the increase in income generation. This pattern is not uncommon in real estate service entities during periods of portfolio scaling.
