The launch slate includes a total of 1,400 homes representing a development potential of over 1.75 million sq ft across the broader Pune West initiative. The two Bhugaon towers are part of a wider slate that includes two towers on Sinhgad Road and one tower in Hinjewadi Phase 1.
Bhugaon's Emergence as a Growth Corridor
Bhugaon is emerging as a preferred destination for its scenic surroundings and improving connectivity to Kothrud and the Mumbai–Bangalore Highway. The locality is well-connected to advanced localities like Kothrud, Bavdhan, and Hinjewadi, with an excellent road network by Paud Road, and has experienced rapid urbanisation in recent years due to the rapid growth of Pune's IT sector.
