Paranjape Schemes Opens Everglades II Homes in Bhugaon, Near Bavdhan, Pune

Paranjape Schemes has launched Everglades II, the latest phase of its Everglades cluster within the Forest Trails township in Bhugaon, Pune. The project is registered with MahaRERA under number PM1260002502776 and is open for bookings, with starting prices from ₹43.99 lakh for its 1 and 2 BHK homes.

Everglades II is a single 19-storey residential tower offering 1 and 2 BHK apartments. The homes sit inside a township of more than 210 acres, of which roughly 90 percent is kept as open space. The developer has positioned the phase as a value-focused option within the township, with a payment plan labelled Pay from January 2028 displayed on its project page.

Project details for prospective buyers

The 1 BHK homes are planned at 518 sq ft. Bedrooms are sized to accommodate a work-from-home setup along with wardrobe and storage space, and the kitchen can be fitted with an optional breakfast counter. Balconies are designed to be usable, with space for a seating corner, and the homes are planned to take in valley and forest views. The 2 BHK configuration is also part of the launch.

The township amenities are centred on The Cliff Club, a 40,000 sq ft lifestyle and sports hub. A podium garden with a gym forms part of the project's own facilities, and the township also includes landscaped gardens and walking trails.

Everglades II is part of the wider Forest Trails township, where security gates, rainwater harvesting, solid waste management, drainage and sewage lines, water storage tanks and pumping stations are provided at the township level. The location in Bhugaon

Forest Trails is located on Paud Road in Bhugaon, Pune, and the site office sits opposite Manas Lake. Bavdhan is around 10 minutes away by road and about 5 minutes on foot, while Chandani Chowk provides the link to Bavdhan and Kothrud. PMPML bus routes running through Bhugaon connect to Pirangut, Mulshi, Swargate and Pune Station. The Mumbai-Pune Expressway is close by, and the developer names Baner, Bavdhan, Aundh and Hinjawadi as the main work corridors for residents.

Several nearby institutions are within easy reach. The Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir school is about 230 metres away, the Forest Trails Shopping Plaza is 700 metres away, and Kids Enjoy Nursery School Bhugaon is 900 metres away. Manas Lake is 1.9 km from the site.

Infrastructure planned for the area includes Pune Metro Corridor 2A, which runs from Vanaz to Chandani Chowk. The Union Cabinet has approved the 12.75 km elevated corridor, which will have 13 stations and pass through Chandani Chowk, Bavdhan and Kothrud, with completion scheduled within four years of approval. The western section of the Pune Ring Road, linking Bhugaon to Hinjawadi and the Mumbai Expressway, is expected to see substantial progress by 2027 to 2028.
