Paranjape’s Pune West Pipeline Includes New Homes on Sinhgad Road
Paranjape Schemes announced a new residential pipeline across Pune West in March 2026, including planned homes on Sinhgad Road and in Bhugaon. The wider programme covers nearly 1,400 residential units, with an estimated revenue potential of about ₹1,175 crore and development potential exceeding 1.75 million sq. ft.
The Sinhgad Road offering is listed as Paranjape Hinjewadi Phase 1 and is at the pre-launch stage. The project is described as a residential development in the Sinhgad Road–Bhugaon area, with 2 and 3 BHK apartments. The developer’s announcement also identified a separate tower at Hinjewadi Phase 1, distinct from the two towers planned for Sinhgad Road and two in Bhugaon.
The details
The homes are planned in 2 and 3 BHK configurations. The project is in an early, pre-construction stage, with early registrations reported for the launch pipeline. The developer’s March announcement placed the projects within its festive-season offerings across Pune West; it did not give a specific launch day.
- Project: Paranjape Hinjewadi Phase 1
- Locality: Sinhgad Road, Pune, in the Sinhgad Road–Bhugaon context
- Status: Pre-Launch
- Configurations: 2 and 3 BHK apartments
- Planned tower allocation in the wider pipeline: two towers on Sinhgad Road, two in Bhugaon and one at Hinjewadi Phase 1

Apartment sizes are expected to be shared as the project advances. Pricing is listed as on request. The project is positioned around access to central Pune, established social infrastructure and employment hubs. More project context is available on the Paranjape Hinjewadi Phase 1 page.
The location
Sinhgad Road connects residential neighbourhoods with central Pune and the city’s western employment areas. The completed flyover system between Rajaram Bridge and Fun Time Theatre has improved movement along this corridor. Nearby landmarks include Sinhagad Fort and Khadakwasla Dam, while Abhiruchi Mall serves as one of the area’s shopping destinations.
Bhugaon, on Pune’s outskirts, has links towards Kothrud and Bavdhan via Chandani Chowk, as well as access to the Mumbai–Bangalore Highway. Pune Metro Line 2 is planned to extend from Khadakwasla to Swargate, with a proposed extension towards Hadapsar and Kharadi. The Pune Inner Ring Road alignment also includes Bhugaon, and is in the pre-construction and land-acquisition stage.
The developer
Paranjape Schemes was established in Pune in 1989. Its portfolio includes residential and commercial developments across nine cities, with more than 200 projects delivered and a stated footprint spanning over 20 million sq. ft. In Pune, its projects include Blue Ridge in Hinjewadi and Forest Trails in Bhugaon. Blue Ridge is a large township development, while Forest Trails adds to the company’s presence on Pune’s western outskirts.
What comes next
The March 2026 announcement set out the wider Pune West festive-season pipeline, rather than a dated opening schedule for this individual project. The next project milestones indicated in current listings are the release of apartment sizes and further launch information. The stated possession timeline for Paranjape Hinjewadi Phase 1 is December 2029.
