Justo Realfintech Launches Sourcing Mandates Vertical with Paranjape Partnership

Justo Realfintech has launched its new Sourcing Mandates vertical and secured its first assignment from Paranjape Schemes. The mandate covers inventory valued at approximately more than Rs 300 crore across The Promenade Residences, a residential development, and Altius, a commercial development, located at Blue Ridge in Hinjawadi, Pune.

Scope of the Assignment

Under the new sourcing model, Justo will lead channel strategy, partner activation, demand generation and qualified customer sourcing. The developer's internal team will continue to manage customer engagement and closures. The Sourcing Mandates vertical will allow developers to access Justo's market intelligence and network of more than 6,000 channel partners without outsourcing the complete sales lifecycle.

Expanding an Established Relationship

The latest assignment extends the existing association between Justo Realfintech and Paranjape Schemes. The two companies have previously collaborated on mandates including Gloria Grand, Bavdhan, Happiness Hub, Aspire, Athena and Trident, among others.

Location and Market Context

The investment will support the development of a premium residential tower within "Blue Ridge", Paranjape Schemes' landmark 150-acre integrated township located in Hinjawadi Phase 1, Pune. Located in Pune's thriving IT corridor, Hinjawadi continues to witness sustained demand from homebuyers driven by strong employment hubs, improving infrastructure, and increasing preference for integrated township living.

About the New Vertical

The new vertical will initially focus on Pune and subsequently expand across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and other strategic Real Estate markets. It will operate alongside Justo's existing residential and commercial mandates, financial advisory, capital markets and allied services.
