Paranjape Schemes was set up in 1987 by Shrikant and Shashank Paranjape and has since built a portfolio spanning residential, commercial, hospitality and SEZ projects. The company reports more than 190 completed projects and over 30,000 homes across Pune, Mumbai, Kolhapur, Ratnagiri and Bengaluru. Pune is its home base, where 58 of the 83 residential and commercial projects it has in its portfolio are located, according to 99acres.
In March 2026, Paranjape Schemes Construction announced plans to invest around ₹700 crore in five residential towers across Pune's western corridor. Two of those towers are planned on Sinhgad Road, two in Bhugaon and one in Hinjewadi Phase 1. The programme is projected at about 1,400 units and ₹1,175 crore in revenue, so a Sinhgad Road purchase belongs to a broader, multi-site commitment by the developer rather than a stand-alone launch.
The most fully described Paranjape project on the corridor is Paranjape Madhukosh, located near the Lokmat Press area in Nanded. It is a 13-acre residential development that is under construction, with 2 BHK homes of 700 to 1,000 sq ft and 3 BHK homes of 1,000 to 1,400 sq ft. Listed prices run from ₹69.6 lakh for the smaller 2 BHK to ₹1.24 crore for the largest 3 BHK.
Further along the road at Dattawadi, a Paranjape-developed residential project offers 2 and 3 BHK homes with carpet areas from about 560 to 853 sq ft. A separate upcoming project carrying the Sinhgad Road name is listed with 2 and 3 BHK apartments, with pricing on request. Buyers comparing these should check each project's stage and quoted rate directly.
99acres places average flat rates near ₹5,800 per sq ft, with a 6.4% rise over five years. Its overview page shows a higher average of ₹6,450 per sq ft and 12.2% year-on-year appreciation for apartments. Square Yards reports a considerably higher apartment average of ₹11,950 per sq ft. For a Paranjape buyer, the project's own quoted rate is more useful than any corridor average.
The road gives access to NH-48, the Bengaluru-Mumbai highway, and runs from near Saras Baug to the base of Sinhagad Fort. Pune International Airport is roughly 29.6 km away via the corridor. Rail access comes through Shivajinagar, Pune Junction, Ghorpuri and Khadki stations. A multi-level flyover at Rajaram Bridge is described as nearing completion, and a proposed Ring Road and planned metro connectivity are cited as the next infrastructure steps. Schools are reported nearby, and government services such as the Aadhaar office are accessible from the area.
